  • Mindfulness -- Taking Care of Ourselves and Each Other Mon. 2 Feb, 2015 (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) Community Event This event has been rescheduled due to snow.  It will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Lower Merion High School's Cafeteria. Welsh Vally counselor, Josh Gansky, will present this seminar.  Mindfulness has been proven to: Reduce Stress, Increase Focus and Attention, Increase Self Regulation, Offer New Insight and Awareness.
  • Recovery Advocacy: Know Your Rights! Mon. 2 Feb, 2015 (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) Community Event , Partner A primer for basic legal rights for citizens in recovery, Nancy Marcus Newman will conduct this lecture.  Improving health responses and insurance coverage use prevention, treatment and recovery support.   • NOPE -- Narcotics Overdose Prevention and Education Wed. 4 Feb, 2015 (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) Community Event This event has been rescheduled due to snow.  It will now be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Lower Merion High School. NOPE Task Force of Montgomery County is providing an educational presentation for parents and community members on the dangers of substance abuse.
